AML Policy

This AML Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) regulates the activities of Rexes.world in relation to the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

The Rexes.world service warns users against attempts to use the service for the legalization of funds obtained by criminal means, financing of terrorism, illegal actions of any kind, as well as from using the service to purchase prohibited goods and services.

The administration of the service has developed a set of measures to comply with national legislation and the requirements of the intergovernmental organization FATF (Financial Action Task Force).

2. Source of funds verification.

3. Transaction monitoring and reporting of suspicious operations to law enforcement agencies.

User Agreement

By using the website, registering an account, or filling out an application for cryptocurrency exchange, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

1. Terms and Definitions

Service Rexes.world - a system providing assistance to Users in carrying out the exchange of cryptocurrency for national currency.

Cryptocurrency (Digital Currency) - encrypted or digital tokens or currencies with a certain value based on blockchain technology and cryptography.

User - any capable person who has reached the age of 18, left a request for exchange on the site and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

Exchange Operation Rules

1. It is strictly forbidden to use the services of Rexes.world for illegal transfers and fraudulent activities.

2. In case of impossibility of automatic execution of the application due to reasons beyond the control of the Service (blocking of payment, lack of communication, etc.), funds are returned minus commission costs.

3. The Service has the right to refuse to provide services to the User in case of failure to provide full and sufficient data required for identification.

4. Exchange operations are carried out personally. Transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited.

5. The Customer must have a passport or driver's license to perform the operation in the office.
